The buyer must print out this form, sign it, and send it in with payment. SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACTS:
*We take these contracts seriously. Fixing your animal is a health benefit, and we encourage families to do so.
*Must be fixed by 6 mo. Of age. Proper documentation must be sent back to the seller from a licensed veterinarian stating that thisProcedure was done (date, sex of puppy, veterinerians info: phone number, address, and office name. Also with your info on the paper-Work also: name, address, phone number). The seller has the right to contact the veterinarian who provided the service to your puppy.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS/SHIPPING:
*All puppies require a $500 non-refundable deposit. Deposits/payments/shipping can be paid by cash, Western Union, PayPal, and money Orders. If paying by PayPal, you must include an additional 3% of the cost to cover PayPal fees.
*Choice of puppy is determined on the order in which deposits are received. We reserve the right to decline any buyer, for any reason On purchasing a puppy from us. The puppy will be held for 3 days only while we are waiting for payment, and once it has been received The puppy will be marked “SOLD”.
*The remaining amount due must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. If your puppy is being shipped out, the shipping Costs must be paid at this time also. If the remaining amount has not been paid, or the shipping money has not been received, the Buyer forfeits all money paid to date and also forfeits the puppy unless the seller agrees in writing.
*if the puppy has not left by 12 weeks of age, the buyer forfeits the puppy and all money paid to date, unless the seller agrees in writing.A $25 boarding fee will apply at 12 weeks of age if the puppy has not left our property, and/or shipping arrangements have not been Made/met.
*Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, along with the vet certificate, crate needed for shipping, and also the transportation to And from the airport. Puppy must be 8 weeks of age to be shipped. If picking the puppy up in person, the puppy must be at least 7 Weeks old, or at our discretion (no exceptions).
*All puppies will be sold with full breeding rights unless sold as pet quality (spay/neuter contract applies).
*Please note: deposits/payments/shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. We do nt refund money for any reason. The only exception is for premature Death before the puppy leaves the sellers home. If you change your mind for any reason after sending any money, the amount can be Put towards another puppy. If you choose not to purchase the puppy at all, you forfeit all money paid to date.

PUPPY GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:
*The seller guarantees that your pup will be in good physical conditions for the first 48 hrs. after the time of delivery to the buyer. The buyer Agrees to have the puppy examined in that time frame for a complete physical exam. If the buyer fails to have the puppy seen and Documented of this, the guarantee is not valid and no animal/money will be refunded. If the vet finds the animal to have a serious physical Condition other than a viral/bacterial cold such as coccidian or giardia-bloody stools, or kennel cough that can be easily treated, the Seller will replace the puppy with another comparable pup when available (from same or subsequent litter), after the original puppy Is returned to the seller at the buyers cost (no cash refunds for the animal). The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarians Opinion at the expense of the seller. No replacements will be given in the case of parvo/coccidia/giardia which can be brought on bySeveral factors (stress of shipping, new environment/food/people/weather). Kennel cough is caused by bacteria and must run its course, it can Be seen in dogs that are shipped out. All puppies are treated before they leave according to its age (shots/wormings). We do not and Will not cover any treatment for those issues listed above.
*We guarantee against all genetic/hereditary defects that causes serious impairment of the vital functions of the animal until it is one Year of age. The seller does not/will not pay any vet bills for any reason. If a genetic/hereditary defect is found, seller will exchange That puppy with another of equal value , subject to a veterinarians signed and dated statement of the genetic condition along with the Cause of the defect/condition along with supporting evidence-ie x-rays (subject to a review of a veterinarian of the sellers choice at the Buyers expense). Premature death must have proper documentation/diagnosis made by a licensed veterinarian to prove the cause of Death, with out this, the pup will not be covered in any way. The seller has the right to a second opinion with a vet of sellers choice At the cost of the buyer. No money will be refunded for any reason.
*The seller is not responsible for defects/conditions caused by the buyers neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, mishandling or any Injuries to the animal caused by said conditions. Breeding or participation in extreme sports voids this guarantee.
*Any problems with the hips must be documented with sufficient supporting evidence (x-rays for OFA/PENN HIP) by a licensed vet. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by a vet of our choice at the cost of the buyer. This condition must be proven to be an Inherited defect. If this is found to be true, the buyer is entitled to a replacement puppy if seller agrees to replace it. The only amount That would be credited back is the original cost of the puppy purchased, and the shipping cost is not included (we do not cover Shipping charges). If the replacement puppy costs more, the buyer must pay the difference.
*This guarantee does not cover what is considered “normal” or out of our control in a bulldog breed (loose hips, cherry eyes, eye Problems-entropian, stenotic nares, skin allergies…) We cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract those mentioned above or Mange. Mange is a multifactorial genetic disease that can be caused by environment, stress, and/or nutrition. Skin allergies or unbilical Hernias (outies) are not covered. We do not breed dogs with undesirable conditions such as mange or bad hips, but we cannot Guarantee that previous generations before did not have these conditions in their lines. Therefore, we cannot guarantee these Conditions will not show up in future litters.
*Our dogs are not considered to be of show quality or breeding quality. That the animal represented as its breed and is suited for pet quality Only. This contract is not transferable from the original purchaser. We will not guarantee that the buyer will be able to show/breed The puppy purchased.
*Puppy has received at least 1 vaccine and wormed. No replacement will be given in case of parvo.
*Registration papers may/may not be available when the puppy leaves, but it will be mailed out ASAP (once we receive it from the Registry). This process can take up to a month or two after the puppy leaves our home. For spay/neuter contracts, no papers will be Given until proper documentation has been given to the seller.

BUYER AGREES:
*Use the kennel name “Dakota Bulldogges” as the prefix in the registered name of the dog, and will not represent the animal as a Product of his/her breeding.
*Animal must be properly taken care of/treated. Cannot be kept on a chain for extended periods of time.
*Dogs daily needs must be met (proper health care, living conditions, nourishment and water)
*Not allow the animal to be in illegal activities/fighting
*In the event that the dog is later sold/transferred from the possession of the buyer for any reason, the seller will have the absolute Right to repurchase the dog for the sum not to exceed the original purchase price.
*Females will not be bred prior to 18 mo. Of age or 3rd heat cycle. Males will not be used for breeding prior to 1 yr. of age.
*Buyer agrees that if any of the above are not met they will be required to return the animal with no money/puppy refund.
*The buyer and seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog. The Buyer understands that if he/she doesn’t follow all these rules stated they will return the dog with no refunds/replacements.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Every line of dog has some issue(s) common to their breed. The OEB is a recreation of the Bulldog and one reason it was recreated was To help eliminate many of the established problems that the English Bulldog has. Remember, this dog is still a bulldog and some problems will arise. The flatter face, rolling gaint, short tail, and big chest are examples. A puppy under stress is more susceptible to illnesses. Their immune system is compromised during stress. It can take several days for your puppy to be himself, so please wait a couple weeks before exposing him to new places/people
The buyer releases seller, Dakota Bulldogges, and their estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of the dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damages to any person(s). By signing this agreement/contract, the buyer agrees to all of the above.
